Weekly Time Table

Times tables tests

We advise children to practise their times tables. They will be tested regularly to assess their speed and accuracy when answering questions. Children can also access online activities on Education City and Times Table Rockstars. Please see Ms Miller if you do not have the login details.

PE

Children in Year 3 have PE every Tuesday and must wear their full PE kit to school. This consists of black bottoms (shorts, tracksuit or leggings) and trainers or plimsoles. Please can children bring their school uniforms to change into after. 

Book bags

Please ensure your child brings in their book bags every day with their reading book inside.

Water bottles

We are waiting to receive our Colvestone water bottles so we encourage children to bring a bottle from home. Fruit juices and squash are not allowed.

Breakfast

Please ensure your child has breakfast before coming to school as it can affect their focus and concentration. We have a nutritious and healthy offer at our breakfast club. If you want further information, please speak to a member of the office staff.

Spelling test

Every week, children will be tested on the spellings they have been given on the half term overview.
